block/lock a cell/column in a table/chart

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe. When users create a table/chart and share his docs with other people, sometimes the users need to block/lock a cellor column in a table/chart, in order to stop other editors to write in this cell/column.

Describe the solution you'd like There could be an option that allows the owvner of the Docs to lock a cell or column.
