Document title needs a redesign since Emoji feature

Bug Report

Problematic behavior When a subdocument has an Emoji the width of the document title is even smaller causing horizontal scrolling when it's too long.

Expected behavior/code I shouldn't have scrolling horizontal or vertical on a title

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a subdoc
  2. Add emoji
  3. Add a title with long words see issues (video bellow)

Ex title : Interministerial Framework for the Systematic Implementation of Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis-Proof Digital Infrastructure: A Hyperpresidentialization-Compliant Strategy for Enhancing Cybersecurity and Interdepartmentalization in Public Sector IT Systems
