Don't create empty documents in the database

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe. I noticed quite a lot of empty documents in my list view. There are different scenarios that lead to this.... like wanting to take notes and finally having nothing to write, or being interrupted.... I think a quick fix could avoid it and maybe I'm not the only one to get this problem.
Describe the solution you'd like The frontend should not create the document on the backend until there is actual content or at least a title to save.
Seems to bring lot of side effects, all the interactions need a docId, what if you want to invite users before adding content to your doc, or create children etc..
The delete button is made to remove them from the list I would say.

This is what is annoying. It's ok if you create the document as soon as you need it, like for adding accesses (any other cases?). But don't create it too early when it is not yet need.
