BIOS support should be obsoleted

The BIOS user is getting fewer while it requires the same test cost as EFI.

To reduce the development/maintenance load, BIOS support should be terminated.

So far, this functionality is kept, but not tested anymore.

Noted on the README.md.

The function still exist. Leave this issue open until the functionality is deleted.
