[wiringPi]: wiringPi is not available anymore for raparian OS bulleye => is switch to piGPIO possible

Hello,

I regonized that the wiringPi lib is not available anymore for the bulleye (OS 11 for pi). Please see also an Artikel that wiringPi is debrecated wiringPi is deprecated.

I could support to bring this lib up to work with pigpio…

What I am actually want to know is where does the wiringPi lib support the rc-witch library => to know where I had to look at.
