Trash does not complete on touch screen until something new is initiated

Reproducible steps:

• On a device with a touch screen, using touch to interface
• drag a block into the trash and hover until it turns red
• (It will not be thrown away)
• Do something else, like drag a block. Only then will the original block successfully be thrown away.

It seems to be reproducible by emulating a responsive device using Chromium's dev tools, so that is one way to test, even without a touch screen device.

Note: This has been tested on both Android and Apple touch screen devices.

when we delete large blocks then it works well but when we delete a single block it behaves wrong is this correct sir @pikurasa
