Global Tuning Block

Sometimes musicians choose to tune to pitches other than 440 (for A_4), either higher or lower.

Music Blocks currently has no way to do such a global transformation on pitch.

I imagine a block like the following: global-tuning

The block would be global, across all turtles (aka mice).

In the future we could consider a feature that affects tuning of individual turtles/mice, but the priority would be the global change.

Hi @pikurasa , I would like to start working on this issue. Can you direct me to the right files to look into and guide me a little more on how to implement this feature.

I think that, even if we don't implement this in v3, it would be nice to have in v4.

There are a lot of recorded performances, for example, that are not A440. https://globalnews.ca/news/4194106/440-hz-conspiracy-music/ is a decent article on this topic.

Many rock recordings are a quarter step or more below A440. Many orchestras perform slightly higher than A440. It's a thing.
