Peru needs a native Android Release. Prepare a Cordova release.

yes and no We have an Android version in the Google playstore But it needs to be run initially on-line. So we need to regenerate a version that is self-contained.

As I recall, it is a wrapper for the website so I think that it is current. But it means that the app is loaded each time, which is not efficient
