store UID in projects on Planet

This is a somewhat ill-formed request: to be able to have a user search for their projects on the Plant. It would seem to require storing a UID associated with a user. It could work like this:

When uploading to the Planet, user has the option of adding an ID and a secret These are encoded with a public key and added to the project.

When searching the Planet, the user can enter an ID and a secret and find the projects that contain the encoded string.
