feat: Non-latching faults

Description

Instead of latching a car listen for presumably "nitro" button and reset the state/control unit

Requirements

• [ ] Identify non-latching faults
• [ ] Implement reset function/state
• [ ] Change latching state to listen for "nitro" button

Relevant FSUK Rules

Make sure with rules if fault is allowed not to latch
