Playlists on mobile: clicking anywhere on a track should start play.

Moving this over from basecamp. JS could detect a mobile device by width and trigger play as well as the usual opening of it's accordion section.

This would be pretty trivial to implement in playlist playback — how do i know if I'm on mobile in js-land though?
