Sorry, we haven't got around to it yet. But we're refocusing on our dev tools so I hope we'll be able to fix it soon.

That is correct, Dev will send whole project to be compiled. Implementing #39 could help specify what to include. But still exception above should be caught and shown in more...
@Jerware that's interesting. What is result of CLI's `compile` command?
dfu-util package can be separate and licensed on GPL and it should be fine if user downloads it by him/herself. But the moment we include it in Spark IDE binary...
Good point Mike! It would be possible to have flashing via USB without dfu-util and use ymodem protocol. I renamed this issue to reflect the nature of the issue better.
