[BUG] instagram suspends the account even after paid proxy use

I'm trying to build a database of some influencers, however, after scraping just 10 posts of one Instagram account, the account gets banned instantly. I've set a limit of 5 requests only per user before logging into another Instagram account. Also I'm using proxies from anyip.io which seems to be good but doesn't work for this API.

Any best practices to avoid getting our account suspended?
