Write script for checking if all files are that are present in ../repo/list exist in file system on all CDNs

We need to write a Python script that will be used by @etursunbaev @tasankulov to check if all files that are retrieved by ../repo/list endpoint can be successfully downloaded on all CDNs - sysnet/dev/master/prod.
