Deleted file still appears in file list

I opened file list, saw my file there. Then I deleted it, and keep refreshing file list, but my file is still present in list. If I refresh page after ~20-30 second file dissappears from list (this is correct). I suggest to invalidate cache when file deleted, so list shows up-to-date information.

It should be in devops repo. It needs change settings of nginx.
