Need to transfer file from dev CDN to master or other CDNs

I have a file in dev CDN, which is more than 1GB, now I need to transfer a file to master, later to prod CDN. I need feature or script where I can set file ID and user token params and solve my problem. What I'm doing now download file and upload or same process in cloud hosts (to speed-up).

@zubaidullo Is this is still required? What's the problem with using the same script to upload file on all CDN branches?

I didn't have a script on that moment (now too). But, another case: Via Bazaar users or devs can upload files to CDN (mostly they will use prod.) So, sometimes for testing purpose, it would be good to have an option to clone them to Dev, Master CDNs.
