Subuser should be localizable

I would set this to low priority. I think that subuser is intended for advanced users and they almost always know English (at least reading). Also this would require to translate the documentation as well. It can be done via https://www.transifex.com/ or others but I am not sure if this is needed. Did you get external requests for this feature?

I haven't recieved any external requests yet, but I noticed that most people contributing to this project are not Americans. I do wonder though, if translation is something that needs to be designed around. I noticed that in C++, some projects use a special print function that looks up translations.

Sure, if we would go for this, we would need to replace all prints with print _('This is a translatable string.') and include po files but I have also not translated a Python program yet. https://docs.python.org/2/library/gettext.html#gnu-gettext-api
