Subuser website has many asthetic flaws

This issue relates to the subuser website, subuser.org which resides in the docs directory of this git repository.

While I like the general idea of having a "manual style" website, there are a number of asthetic flaws that I do not know how to/and or would rather not spend my time to fix.

• The subuser icon and search box are not centered within the side bar.
• When the website is viewed in a small window (on a cell phone, or with large text) the top bar is blue. Grey would be prefered.

If anyone wishes to help me with this, I would be very happy. The code can be edited here: https://github.com/subuser-security/subuser/tree/master/docs/_themes/sphinx_rtd_theme

Changes may be tested by:

1. In the main subuser directory.
2. Run subuser dev docs-dev
3. Run cd docs
4. Run make html
5. Navigating to _build/html/index.html in your favorite WWW browser.
