log and document demands towards analytics

I think this (and the other slides, reports) from @Henrieke72 is a really great result and basis for our development:

This may in part, already exist in issues, but I think it'd be great if we could log these demands as issues, so we can make sure we keep all of this in mind -- even if some of it may be impossible given our data.

Other than as issues, I think it would also be great to feature this in a vignette (maybe even with the quantitative data?), where we can tell users what functions (and UI in the dashboard) corresponds to which of these demands.

That might be a good way to pick up users where they are (since we have this great user research from @Henrieke72).

And it could "discipline" us in the development.
