Thanks for the PR! I am happy to merge this as long as the setting API key is not required. I can do a more thorough review afterwards.

Thank for the suggested repo! Its got plenty of nice features, but for the moment i was looking for OpenAI compatible one, and yours fits perfectly.

I made the API_KEY optional, enabling the same usage as before if one is not specified.

Infinity is OpenAI compatible. KubeAI has switched to infinity.
