Upgrade to FRAME v2 macros

To update the tutorial that this template is referenced in, we should update to FRAME v2 macros - although it's not strictly required.

Should we have a tagged version of the template that uses FRAME v1 for reference, and keep master branch updated to match the present FRAME version and patterns?
