How to create a blockchain with customized blocks

I would like to ask you if it was possible to add a tutorial/how-to guide to develop a blockchain by modifying the block structure in such a way that if it just doesn't need to simply use the standard structure with header and transactions, it's possible to know how it can be done and all the steps that are required in order to make it work with the logic which is used in the other pallets. I am currently working on something like this, if that is possible to be made.
