Tutorial for Authorize specific nodes does not work any more due to core changes in the polkadot SDK, this and many other tutorials need to be modified in order to work with the new version of substrate/polkadot sdk.

Can you elaborate on what's broken for you? I am also struggling but such a vague description stops me from relating to your issue and possibly help you too

Tutorial covers an older version of substrate, if you follow the tutorial it will not work with the latest version of substrate. I was able to modify it so it will work with the current version of substrate. This seems to be an ongoing issue with most of the tutorials on parity website. Hopefully this clears it up
