Error with "tikv-jemalloc-sys v0.5.4+5.3.0-patched"

Bug report for compiling, code snippets, templates, etc.
It's a compiling issue. In the "build a local blockchain" tutorial, I would run the command "cargo build --release." But I keep getting the error "failed to run custom build command for `tikv-jemalloc-sys v0.5.4+5.3.0-patched"
I searched for hours to overcome this solution (used github, stackoverflow, chatgpt). I tried installing the package manually or used both a linux and windows terminal to overcome this. It always comes down to the same error and I'm not sure what's going on.
I was hoping you guys had an idea of what the issue is and how to get to the bottom of it.
FYI, here my computer details:
