Just a suggestion, but it might be nice to have a version of polkadotjs (defaulting to the local development node) running at something like portal.substrate.io, but with substrate branding as with https://contracts-ui.substrate.io/

All tutotorials could then link to this substrate-specific version, providing a consistent experience (at least in terms of branding).
