Duplicate link names in subnav

When using the screen reader and navigating through the side menu the following links are read out twice (to test: open up the links control bar with screen reader, control, option & u):

• Tutorials

• Reference

I think that this may be because I have wrapped the links in elements with titles in order to add tooltips on hover, or it could be because it is reading the icon name as well...?

Will look into it a bit more.
