getting substrate-prometheus-endpoint error

Getting no matching package found searched package name: substrate-prometheus-endpoint error when I tried to run cargo build --release after deleting cargo.lock file and also getting this error when try to add a new dependency in cargo.toml file. @NukeManDan , kindly check this out.
