Have an uninstaller and have options for the uninstallation process

We should provide the options during uninstallation:

  • keep my plot
  • delete everything

And we don't have an uninstaller at the moment.

@ozgunozerk look into tauri uninstall documentation and best practices (or plug-ins)

From there we can have a discussion about how to unify or simplify the uninstall process in a cross-platform manner. Ideally we can wrap native functionality across platforms through the UI. Related to the auto-update feature.
