T4 on UNC doesn't work: "Failed to resolve include text for file:SQLServer.ttinclude"

I discovered this issue with 3.0.0.3.

After moving my project from a local drive to a network (UNC) path, "run custom tool" on the t4 templates fails with the following message: "Failed to resolve include text for file:SQLServer.ttinclude"
