The SelectCommand property has not been initialized before calling 'Fill'

I am getting the following error when running StoredProcedure.ExecuteDataSet();

"The SelectCommand property has not been initialized before calling 'Fill'."

This is happening at the DbDataProvider.cs at line 163

This is fixed in 3.0.0.4
