Unnecesary attemp to generate code for table without primary key

In order to use Subsonic the table must have a primary key. In the actual state of the Active Record template, the code is generated also for tables and views without this requisite. Why not skip this tables by design instead of force the user to include they in Settings.ttinlcude?
