Generate Atmo project from git repo or template

Based on our discussion in the latest docs call, the idea popped up to perhaps allow generating Atmo projects from a git repo. Similar to how cargo-generate does it.

Would it be worthwhile having a --template or --git flag that would allow plugging in a git repo URL that would allow this?
