Only the JS/TS API seems to have support for the `headers` parameter, even though > even in Rust you can do it, but there's no handy helper like there is...
The API is currently not supported and documented as unsupported on AssemblyScript.
Currently Swift is one of the only languages which does not support the GraphQL client methods of the Runnable APIs.

We currently call one setup function with both the imports from the host and the identifier for the current run. There's no real performance hit, though it's slightly awkward.
We currently have `req::url_param` to access URL parameters, but nothing to access query parameters. That needs to be added.
In the same way we support MySQL/Postgresql, we should also support no-sql databases (Mongo in particular)
