Use Scratch Buffer for `Find References` instead of a Panel (like Find Results)

The LSP plugin currently uses a panel instead of a scratch file, like the native Find Results. It would be great if we had an option to put the results into a normal, unsaved scratch buffer that can be navigated like any other tab. I looked around in the settings and didn't see anything relevant.

By panel do you mean Quick Panel or Output Panel? Not sure if you are aware but LSP has the show_references_in_quick_panel option to choose between the too.

Given that there is an option of using the Output Panel, I'm not sure what would be the benefit of creating a scratch file. I think it might be a very niche case that is probably not worth added complexity.
