Program hangs when waking from sleep
Description of the bug
I haven't pin pointed exactly whats causing it but it often happens whenever I wake my device from sleep state. Not sure if this happened prior build 4170.
Steps to reproduce
Hard to say if someone can replicate my environment
- Start Sublime Text
- Open up < 10 projects
- AFK and return back within an hour
Expected behavior
Focusing on the window from sleep mode should be almost immediate
Actual behavior
iirc this clip shows waking from sleep from the previous night. Maybe < 8 hours. I'm able to use the program once it stabilises. It eventually returns to 800mb, this is with 10~ opened projects

Probably Build: 4170
Maybe I could work with build 4169 and see if it occurs there and report back?
