I can't collapse a block

Description of the bug

When I try to collapse a block by clicking on the arrow next to the line number, nothing happens. When I don't hover over the arrow, there is an arrow pointing to the right as if it were already collapsed even though it's not:

When I hover over the arrow, it shows two arrows one on top of the other, and clicking on it does nothing:

Steps to reproduce

I don't know, it just happened just like that and I don't know why.

Expected behavior

Clicking on the arrow should collapse the block.

Actual behavior

Clicking on the arrow does nothing.
