Add an option to search without considering diacritics

Problem description

Sometimes, when editing files in non-english, there are words with diacritics. It would help to be able to search the file with a keyword without considering diacritics.

Preferred solution

O good solution would be a setting, not changing anything on the search panel. Something similar to this maybe:

Alternatives

The alternative is to introduce the diacritic, but it's a bit uncomfortable when one is using the search panel with the "Highlight matches" option and type 1 character at a time and when hitting the character (that should have the diacritic) the highlight does not change.

Additional Information (optional)

Although I code (and believe most do) in english, I usually have i18n files with texts in different languages and it may be harder to find something when you don't even know how to write the diacritic (like umlaut).
