Support .mailmap rewrites

Problem description

Sometimes people I know (and people I don't) use nonstandard user names/emails when they commit code. Then, their names show up differently in the sidebar, and searching for them by author does not work predictably.

There's one person in particular who has a nickname that is not derived from their legal name, and I have to search at least twice to find their commit history.

Preferred solution

Can Sublime Merge have a boolean toggle to obey .mailmap rules?

Alternatives

I still use the CLI if I get frustrated.
