Disable Edit Commit Contents alert

Problem description

I use Edit Commit Contents a lot, I know how it works, and this warning just annoys me, feels like a waste of time.

Preferred Solution

I think it's nice for new users, but it should go away after a certain number of uses of the feature.

Alternatives

An option in the settings to not show it.
