[LaTeX] Add citation to symbol/reference index

This commit enables Goto Definition and Goto Reference for citation.

Looks good. Maybe add 1-2 symbol test files, too? Even very small ones.

I saw mixed on desktop with Refined GitHub on Firefox. On mobile right now and won't be home until tonight. So maybe disregard. 🤷‍♂️
