[Markdown] <kbd> tags deserve dedicated scope

Current syntax of markdown doesn't treat <kbd> tags or content in between special. It appears to have a certain meaning in technical documentations though.

At least common auto-pairing functions or other smart typing features may need to be disabled within those tags.

Otherwise typing ` (or other special chars) within those tags may result in unwanted auto-pairing. A plugin/keymap has no chance to prevent it or needs to parse preceding_text to look for <kbd> explicitly.
