Using batch download - help please.

Hi, I am attempting to download a list of files available on the BBC in the "In Our Time" Archive.
In fact I do not need the files themselves at present, only the titles so that I will have a list of titles.
This has been too difficult for me so I decided to download the list complete but when I select the page and try and select the files in a batch all the files are ticked even though I do not want them.
If I select a ticked file then it is highlighted but I am still getting most of the BBC even though I don't want them.
Please could you guide me to a man page or help page which will help me sort this out.
BTW love your program. Been using it on Linux for years and it keeps getting better. Brilliant.
