Describe the bug Failed to append/convert

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Installed XDM
  2. Go to '...'
  3. Click on 'download'
  4. wait an hour
  5. See error

Expected behavior Download the file....

  • XDM Version 7.2.11
