XDM not capturing download on certain websites

Open KagamiyaMihn opened this issue 2 years ago • 6 comments

xdm not capturing download on certain websites..the sites is https://ouo.io/* ; the files i'm trying to download is of .mkv extension i also test it on some yt vid and all of them grabbing mkv files no prob

i have found 2 open issues just like this (on the first page) where a user is trying to download movie with the same .mkv extension but on different site. (i'm assuming) the user failed to fix his problem

how to fix this ? i've tried using different browser (edge and opera) and it's the same every time.

You go to Tools > Options... > Browser Monitoring.

Then, scroll down until you see "XDM will automatically take over downloads from browser for below file types". In your situation, the files that you are trying to download was mkv file. Add MKV into the box like below:

Next time if you encounter this problem, just add the missing file extension in the box.
