Hello guys. I get the same issue while using xdm on garuda linux (installed natively on os). I worked well but a few days ago, i can't download any video from youtube but but other source works well. I tried to reinstall xdm using the script in tar archive as described in readme.txt. After installation, it's still the same. Do you have any idea ?

On Garuda, had the same issue. I suspected FireDragon (LibreWolf) was causing the issue (can't confirm), so I tried on chromium with success.

However, the chrome store removed the extension. I got around this by cloning this repo and loading the xdm-browser-monitor directory as an unpacked extension. I saw someone uploaded a crx, but personally I'd rather not get it off mediafire.

Hopefully this helps someone out until the issue is resolved.

Same here on fedora it worrked fine till yesterday. i can't download anything with xdm now. But when i turn of the browsing monitor, firefox default download manager seems to work

Use SSH or Secure Shell, it might help
