XDM Extension Not Detecting YouTube Videos
Issue: XDM Extension Not Detecting YouTube Videos
Description: The XDM extension fails to capture download requests for videos played on YouTube.
Details:
- Observed Behavior: XDM does not recognize or handle download requests from YouTube videos.
- Expected Behavior: Extension should detect and manage downloads from YouTube videos similar to other sites.

just copy video link and from xdm click new and choose video download
that defeats the whole purpose of the media grabber and the extension???????

Same here, but it started only a few days ago. I'm using Windows 10 and the Waterfox browser.
The extension doesn't detect videos from youtube.com. Pasting the URL to XDM doesn't work as well.
However, XDM works fine with videos on other websites, and the extension even detects and can download embedded YouTube videos on non-youtube.com pages.
The extension works fine on the Microsoft Edge browser, and videos from youtube.com are detected and can be downloaded.

Hey, I also use edge. But media grabber not working. Can you please help. I am not using the latest/beta version
just copied the video linked into xdm video resolution is only showing up to 320p no hd option. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JRKk7gxcpMc
