problem with the particle system in Unity 2018.2.6

Assets/Infinite Runner Ultimate 3D/Scripts/Player/PlayerScoreUGUI.cs(67,26): error CS1061: Type UnityEngine.ParticleEmitter' does not contain a definition for emit' and no extension method emit' of type UnityEngine.ParticleEmitter' could be found. Are you missing an assembly reference?

It seems this project was abandoned because t his problem wasn't fixed
