Still not getting autocompletions within CSS files, have to use ctrl + space not receiving select list popup.

Win 7 - ST3 build 3059 Win 8 - ST3 build 3059

Same here, I tested it on the same OS's and same builds. The Win 8, Build 3059, was essentially a fresh install as well.

This fix seems to be very similar to the suggestion posted here: http://www.sublimetext.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=15037

That fix seemed to work for some folks, but definitely not for me, same as your fix. Bummer, but glad to see someone is trying to work on this!

Yeah, I've been doing some testing and I'm not sure what's going on. On a fresh install it does not work, however, on my original setup it does...

I don't have much time to look into it tonight, but, there is definitely something in my current config allowing the override to work, I just have no idea what.

Autocompletion on CSS not working here either. It broke the autocompletion popup and have to trigger it manually. Havent found a fix that works yet

EDIT .------------------------ I spoke to fast. This fixed it for me

There is a solution for this posted here on the Sublime Text bug tracker. You have to carefully follow the instructions but it is a working fix. https://github.com/SublimeText/Issues/issues/283#issuecomment-51718270

I carefully followed it to the largest extent possible and it does not work under win 7...other people wrote about their issues as well. Therefore, I doubt this fix works on every system/setup.
