Tor Bootstrap takes forever

Sometimes Tor bootstrap is taking 5-10 minutes for me I'm not sure if this is the Tor Network being flakey lately or some changes in Subgraph

Shouldn't be SGOS - is this something you're seeing consistently?

I am and if I tail the syslog it seems like it's spending an excessive time connecting to relays and then doing some gnome menu build? Is this the change in the Tor indicator?

13 minutes today... anything I can do to provide some information that might be helpful in diagnosing?
