[Feature Request] Toggle Tor Settings in Tor Menu

Would like to be able to:

  1. Toggle between Tor and Clearnet (If Tor is having trouble resolving or a broken package happens it is rather useful to be able to use clearnet for updates)

  2. Use bridge to connect to Tor

  3. Choose region? OrBot lets you pick the region of relays and exit node this would be useful to stick to domestic relays and exit?

Items 1 and 2 are coming, in one form or another. We already made a GUI-based Tor configuration tool, we just need to plug that in. Item 3 isn't on any roadmap and seems of dubious effort/value ratio.
